Delphi Decide is built on the idea that clarity matters. That includes being clear about what data this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
Delphi Decide (Company No. 07329976, registered in England & Wales, based in London) is the controller of any personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at oracle@delphidecide.com.
Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, business details and message you provide. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation you started. Submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host. We keep correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to our dealings with you.
Analytics. We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location (country/city derived from IP), device and browser type, and how visitors move through the site. Our analytics is deliberately cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, sets no cookies, and does not track you across other websites. Each visit is effectively anonymous to us once your browsing session ends.
Session replay. To improve the site's usability we may review anonymised recordings of how visitors interact with pages (scrolling, clicks, navigation). Anything you type into form fields is masked before it ever reaches us — we cannot see it in a recording.
Hosting logs. Netlify, as our host, processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the website.
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site: Netlify (hosting and form handling), PostHog (analytics, EU cloud) and Google Fonts (typefaces; your browser requests these from Google's servers, which involves your IP address). Each acts under its own data-processing terms.
We process contact-form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you choose to send us, and analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website — implemented in the least intrusive way we could find.
Under UK data protection law you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your personal data. To exercise any of these, email oracle@delphidecide.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change how this website handles personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
